SCHWERLL high‑performance, seamless, integral‑molded stationary pressure vessels and cylinders, with individual capacities up to 2,000 L, are designed to meet cyclic pressure service requirements, featuring design pressures of up to 35 MPa or 45 MPa.
For large‑scale piston‑type accumulator systems, SCHWERLL can supply high‑performance cylindrical gas cylinders. These high‑performance cylinders feature high pressure ratings (design pressures up to 60 MPa) and large capacities (nominal volumes of up to 2,000 L per unit), with mounting dimensions tailored to the calculated flow rates. However, subject to the constraints of China’s special equipment regulations and standards, SCHWERLL currently offers only cylindrical gas cylinders that comply with ASME and PED standards; certified products meeting Chinese special equipment regulatory requirements are not yet available.
Standard seamless, fixed‑type pressure vessel cylinders are the most commonly used standby cylinders in accumulator systems. SCHWERLL offers customers standard pressure vessels and cylinder banks designed for cyclic stress, with common capacities ranging from 20 L, 35 L, 40 L, 50 L, 75 L, and 100 L up to 500 L, and typical design pressures of 20 MPa, 31.5 MPa, 35 MPa, and other specifications.
SCHWERLL offers users welded, single‑layer, fixed‑type pressure vessel cylinders with individual capacities of up to 5,000 L. Standard designs are available at two pressure ratings: 220 bar and 350 bar. These vessels are used in stationary accumulator systems, particularly for ultra‑large accumulators, and are commonly employed in applications such as buffering and balancing systems on offshore platforms, as well as in large extrusion and free‑forging equipment.
