The bladder of SCHWERLL’s standard‑specification bladder accumulators is manufactured using an adhesive‑bonding process. Following simulation‑based design, the bladders are produced on a dedicated production line, delivering exceptional long‑term durability. The diaphragm features low permeability, providing an ideal solution for high‑end applications.

1. The shape and structure of the bladder are designed using simulation to ensure optimal compression and expansion characteristics; 
2. The casing is manufactured using 100% virgin rubber, ensuring optimal rubber properties. 
3. The casing is manufactured using the widely adopted viscose integral molding process, ensuring stable compression and oil‑drainage deformation characteristics with high oil‑drainage stability. 
4. The casing is bonded using a specialized, proprietary rubber adhesive to ensure its performance characteristics after bonding. 
5. All leather goods are rigorously certified to NF standards.   ISO   37 standard tests; 
6. A variety of rubber materials ensures broader media compatibility;
