Use our online accumulator volume sizing calculator to determine optimal capacity.
Open Volume Calculator →In accordance with the accumulator standards of major countries worldwide, such as EN 14359, ASME, and TSG 21‑2016, the oil‑side outlet of an accumulator must be equipped with essential components, including shut-off valves and safety relief valves. SCHWERLL offers integrated safety and shut-off valve blocks for the oil‑side outlet of accumulators, supplied as pre‑assembled units for seamless connection. These standard valve assemblies are installed at the outlet of each bladder accumulator in the accumulator station, enabling functions such as shut-off, safety relief, hydraulic fluid inlet and outlet, and manual or electric return‑oil operation.

The bladder accumulator system is integrated, with a combined valve block for the accumulator’s inflation port also provided. The accumulator system’s inflation lines are routed via gas‑pressure pipelines and consolidated on the control panel, which is equipped with an inflation valve, a pressure‑display device, and pressure‑measurement ports, all mounted at a height that ensures convenient operation by adults.
