Depending on application requirements—such as operating pressure, ambient temperature, and other parameters—customers may select from SCHWERLL’s range of specialized charging valves.
1. 8V1 Inflatable Valve , typically used as an inflation valve for bladder-type accumulators, it can also be installed in gas pipeline systems, with a maximum working pressure of 35 MPa;
2. 5/8 UNF inflation valve , typically used as an inflation valve for bladder-type accumulators, it can also be installed in gas pipeline systems, with a maximum working pressure of 40 MPa;
3. CR8V1 inflation valve, Typically used as a charging valve for piston-type accumulators, it can also be installed in gas‑pressure piping systems, with a maximum working pressure of 30 MPa. To prevent breakage of the 8V1 charging valve core caused by mismatched charging tools, the design has been modified so that the charging valve can be opened and closed simply by rotating the locknut on the valve.
4. M16×2 inflation valve, typically used in applications requiring repeated inflation and deflation, as well as in high-pressure environments and conditions involving extreme temperatures; maximum working pressure: 63 MPa; operating temperature range: −40°C to +200°C.
5. FC34 inflation valve, equipped with an internal inflation valve, is typically used in piston-type accumulators to enable high‑flow inflation. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 40 MPa and can also be mounted on pipeline gas systems via a valve block, serving as an inflation valve and for pressure monitoring.
6. M28×1.5 screw‑type De Shi sealing inflation valve, typically used in diaphragm accumulators, with a working pressure of up to 35 MPa;
