International Pressure Equipment Design & Quality Alignment

Schwerll Fluid Control (Beijing) Co., Ltd. continuously strengthens its engineering design and manufacturing quality framework to align with major international pressure equipment codes, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII and European PED 2014/68/EU.

Comprehensive Quality & Verification Scope

The engineering quality system at the Schwerll manufacturing facility encompasses rigorous design verification and quality control procedures:

  • Design Engineering Verification: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and classical ASME Section VIII Div. 1 design-code calculations for high-pressure accumulator vessels.
  • Raw Material Traceability: Mill test certificate (MTC) verification, positive material identification (PMI), and low-temperature Charpy V-notch impact testing for sub-zero operating environments (-40Β°C).
  • Welding & NDT Procedures: Qualified welding procedures, automated processes, and non-destructive examination (radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic-particle testing) according to project technical specifications.
  • Project Code & Documentation Review: ASME Section VIII design-code and documentation requirements can be reviewed for applicable project configurations. Certification / stamping route is subject to the legal manufacturer, authorized certificate holder and project specification.

Global Project Pedigree

SCHWERLL high-pressure fluid power and accumulator systems are deployed across major industrial and energy projects worldwide, supporting critical hydraulic infrastructure, heavy forging, turbine governors, and subsea control systems under rigorous engineering specifications.
