Continuous Compliance Since 2014
On January 20, 2025, Schwerll Fluid Control (Beijing) Co., Ltd. successfully completed its comprehensive triennial recertification audit under the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Schwerll has maintained uninterrupted authorization for the ASME “U” Stamp since 2014, affirming over a decade of continuous manufacturing excellence in international pressure boundary equipment.
Comprehensive Audit Scope
The ASME audit committee and Authorized Inspectors evaluated the complete manufacturing ecosystem at the Schwerll facility:
- Design Engineering Verification: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and classical ASME Section VIII Div 1 design calculations for extreme pressure vessels up to 10,000 psi, 15,000 psi, and 20,000 psi class ratings.
- Raw Material Traceability: Mill test certificate (MTC) verification, positive material identification (PMI), and low-temperature Charpy V-notch impact testing for sub-zero operating environments (-40Β°C).
- Welding & NDT Qualification: ASME Section IX welder performance qualification, automated submerged arc and TIG procedures, and 100% non-destructive radiographic/ultrasonic testing.
- National Board Registration: Every ASME-stamped accumulator manufactured by Schwerll is systematically registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NB), ensuring permanent digital records and global customs clearance.
Global Project Pedigree
Schwerll ASME-stamped accumulators are actively deployed across major international capital projects, including the GE DASU Hydropower Project, Dongfang Electric Tanzanian Julius Nyerere Hydro Project, Faurecia (France) composite molding lines, RΓΆchling (Germany) composite forming facilities, and Continental Plastics (USA) automotive manufacturing lines.
