High-pressure hydraulic accumulators, piston cylinders, bladder units, safety valve blocks, and turn-key fluid power systems manufactured to ASME, CE/PED, and ISO standards.
For equipment where, due to cost or installation-space constraints, it is not feasible to install a piston‑type accumulator (servo cylinder) level‑monitoring device, when operating conditions require monitoring the energy stored in the accumulator (or the system), or when maintenance and servicing necessitate detecting the piston position within the piston‑type accumulator to measure the fluid level, an ultrasonic position‑sensing device manufactured and supplied by SCHWERLL can be employed. This device enables precise measurement of the piston‑side fluid level without disrupting the equipment’s operational status; the sensing is performed through a metal housing, with the metal wall thickness tolerating up to 35 mm on a single side.
The UPS ultrasonic sensor is an external switch-type sensor used to measure piston position. It is mounted on the outer wall of an accumulator or hydraulic cylinder using mounting bases, clamps, and other accessories. During operation, the ultrasonic switch continuously emits ultrasonic signals and receives the reflected echoes. When the liquid level is detected, the switch’s output voltage changes, generating a discrete switching signal.
Xivier manufactures a comprehensive range of nitrogen‑inflation tools, featuring high‑flow, dedicated gas pressure hoses with built‑in piercing fittings, and compatible with standard nitrogen cylinder connectors used in major countries and regions worldwide.
SCHWERLL offers users welded, single‑layer, fixed‑type pressure vessel cylinders with individual capacities of up to 5,000 L. Standard designs are available at two pressure ratings: 220 bar and 350 bar. These vessels are used in stationary accumulator systems, particularly for ultra‑large accumulators, and are commonly employed in applications such as buffering and balancing systems on offshore platforms, as well as in large extrusion and free‑forging equipment.
Sever’s welded‑structure diaphragm accumulators are available in two types: hot‑die forged construction and head‑welded construction.
