The SCHWERLL bladder accumulator system is designed and manufactured on SCHWERLL’s proprietary production line. Upon leaving the factory, it meets stringent requirements for cleanliness, safe system integration, and compact construction. Its configuration complies with national regulatory standards for auxiliary safety components, and the complete unit undergoes comprehensive factory acceptance testing before delivery, with modularized shipment.
In accordance with the accumulator standards of major countries worldwide, such as EN 14359, ASME, and TSG 21‑2016, the oil‑side outlet of an accumulator must be equipped with essential components, including shut-off valves and safety relief valves. SCHWERLL offers integrated safety and shut-off valve blocks for the oil‑side outlet of accumulators, supplied as pre‑assembled units for seamless connection. These standard valve assemblies are installed at the outlet of each bladder accumulator in the accumulator station, enabling functions such as shut-off, safety relief, hydraulic fluid inlet and outlet, and manual or electric return‑oil operation.
