The electro-hydraulic servo control system for chemical valves is a high-precision automated control device that integrates electrical signal control with hydraulic actuation. It receives electrical signals from the control system and, via an electro-hydraulic servo valve, converts these weak electrical signals into robust hydraulic power, enabling precise adjustment of the opening degree of large-diameter or high-pressure chemical valves and achieving rapid, accurate regulation of flow rate, pressure, and liquid level. SCHWERLL We provide accumulator control systems for valve‑block‑controlled electrohydraulic servo‑hydraulic systems, particularly piston‑type accumulator control systems equipped with emergency opening and closing functions and an energy monitoring and measurement system.

System Composition

  • Controller : Process input commands and position feedback signals, and perform PID Operation.
  • Electro-hydraulic servo valve : The core component that converts electrical signals into hydraulic oil flow and pressure.
  • Hydraulic cylinder / Actuator A mechanical actuator that directly drives the valve stem to perform linear or rotary motion.
  • Feedback sensor : Real-time monitoring of valve position or system pressure to implement closed-loop control.
  • Hydraulic power source : Provides stable, clean high-pressure hydraulic fluid.

Working principle

  • Signal reception The controller receives the valve opening command and compares it with the valve’s current position.
  • Deviation Adjustment The deviation signal, after being amplified, drives the spool of the electro-hydraulic servo valve to move.
  • Precise drive High-pressure oil flows into the hydraulic cylinder, driving the valve to reach the designated position quickly and accurately.
  • Closed-loop feedback : Once the sensor confirms the position, the system ceases adjustment and maintains a stable state.
